All of Kyle Knapp's original music may be freely used in podcasts, or for non-commercial purposes.  No formal licensing is necessary, permission is hereby granted (but I would appreciate hearing how you've used it, and please give appropriate credit.)  
If you want to use my music for another purpose not covered here, let me know and we'll talk about it.

Non-Original music excluded:
Note that I do not have copyright authority over songs I have covered by other songwriters (particularly Desperado, The Road, and I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For).  Any licensing info regarding these songs must be obtained from their respective publishers.

 Creative Commons Licensing:
Many artists are now releasing their music (and other works) under Creative Commons Licensing, which allows for the free offering of certain rights (such as podcasting) while reserving others.  I'm still exploring this option...
