To get to our house...

From downtown or northeast Omaha:
get on Florence Boulevard heading north (you can take I-480 N to Hwy.75 N to Sorensen Pkwy E to Florence Blvd exit).  Take Florence Boulevard North until it ends at Pershing Drive (just after passing under a railroad viaduct).  Turn North (left) on Pershing Drive and go about 3 miles (past OPPD power plant, past the Mormon Bridge, past Dodge Park and Hummel Park) to Ponca Road (Ponca Rd runs along the north edge of Hummel Park).  Take Ponca Road West (left) about 2 miles to 42nd Street (just before the Fire Station).  Turn North (right); ours is the 3rd house on the left.

From anywhere else:
Get to the 48th Street/Hwy75 exit on I-680 north of the city (you can access I-680 from 72nd Street if coming from central Omaha, or, if coming from farther west, take 680N from I-80, Dodge St, or Maple, etc, all the way North and around to the East, till you come to the 48th Street exit).
Take Hwy 75 North about a mile to the Ponca/Calhoun Rd turnoff (it'll be your 3rd right).  Take a right onto Calhoun Rd (it'll be almost like a U-turn taking you back south).  Go about 40 yards and turn left (East) on Ponca Road (there's a tavern on the corner with a sign that says "Finnicky Frank's", also known locally as "the Forgot Store").  Take Ponca Road about ¾ mi, 42 Street is just past the fire station.  Turn North (left); ours is the 3rd house on the left.
